Step 1

Peel cucumber and chop in cubes.

Step 2

Chop the tomatoes and onions.

Step 3

Mix together cucumber, tomatoes, onions, green chillies, salt and keep aside for 5 mins.

Step 4

Add the peanut powder, coriander leaves, sugar, yoghurt and 1 tbsp water(optional).

Step 5

Mix everything well.

Step 6

:- Serve with rice as side dish.


Delicious...I added a small amount of sour cream for more of a tangy and rich taste since the yogurt we get in th USA is nothing like the curd from India. Fresh vegetables gives this riata a healthy taste!
