Directions

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in salted water.

Step 2

Soak sabudana in luke-warm water for 2 hours.

Step 3

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.

Step 4

Dip the bread slices in water and squeeze them.

Step 5

Mix together all the ingredients well enough to make a dough.

Step 6

Divide it into equal parts to 20-25 make oval shaped cutlets.

Step 7

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 8

Fry the cutlets to a golden brown colour.

Step 9

:- Cutlet Potato - Sabudana is ready.

Step 10

:- Serve Cutlet Potato - Sabudana hot with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
