In a bowl, add dates, maida flour, sugar and salt.

Mix all the above ingredients with required water.

Heat oil in a pan,fry each dates along with batter.Make sure dates are coated with batter. Dates Bonda is ready. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
