Step 1

For preparing dates halwa, boil the dates in water and drain it.

Step 2

Grind the dates with a pinch of salt and sautT it in ghee.

Step 3

Add in the sugar and sautT well.

Step 4

Put it in a bowl and allow it to cool.

Step 5

Garnish with pistachios.

Step 6

Dates halwa is ready.
