Step 1

Remove the seeds and chop the dates.

Step 2

Wash the lemon properly and cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped ginger,garlic and green chilly for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add dates and mix well.

Step 5

Add chilly powder,pickle powder,curry leaves and salt.

Step 6

Mix well with a spoon and remove from the flame.add vinegar as required.

Step 7

Tasty Dates Lemon Pickle is ready.
