Step 1

For preparing deep fried vegetable rolls, add eggs, little water and required salt to maida flour and prepare a dough.

Step 2

Roll out the dough into chappathy shape and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep bottomed pan and sautT crushed garlic and onion till transparent.

Step 4

Add salt and pepper powder. Mix it well.

Step 5

Stir in mushroom pieces, cauliflower, potato and carrot. Allow it to cook well.

Step 6

Dissolve coconut milk powder with 1 tbsp of water and pour into the vegetable mixture. Cook till mixture thickens up.

Step 7

Remove the vegetables from fire when it is dry.

Step 8

Place 2 tbsp of vegetable mix in each chappathy and roll up firmly to form rolls. Seal the edges. Repeat same procedure with remaining chappathy.

Step 9

Deep fry the vegetable rolls in hot oil till crisp and golden brown in color.

Step 10

Deep fried vegetable rolls, is ready. It is a yummy favorite dish with kids as well as elders. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
