Grind well the powders, salt, ginger, garlic and chillies together to form a smooth paste adding some water.
Add the paste to the cleaned fish pieces and marinate well.
Keep it in fridge for 2 to 3 hours so that the masala gets mixed with the fish very well.
Take oil in a frying pan and add the fish pieces to it.
Fry each side for 5 - 6 mins.
Tasty Fish fry is ready.
:- Remember to add the fish pieces to the frying pan only after the oil is pretty hot. Also close the pan with the lid during frying. Be careful not to burn the fish fry.
:- The same method can be used for frying chicken pieces also.
