For preparing delicious pumpkin dosa, soak boiled and raw rice in water for 5 hours.
Grind the pumpkin pieces, add the soaked boiled rice and raw rice to a fine paste and grind well. Pour it in a bowl.
Add in salt and mix well.
Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the pumpkin batter on the hot pan and spread it in circles.
Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame. Drizzle a little oil over it.
Delicious pumpkin dosa¦s are ready. Serve immediately.
