Ingredients
  

Chicken Marination:

  • Chicken : 100 gm
  • Saffron : few strands
  • Milk : 1 tsp
  • Garlic : 4 to 5 nos
  • Chilly powder : ½ tsp
  • Jeera powder : ½ tsp
  • Salt : as needed

Instructions
 

  • Heat milk with saffrons added.
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces, clean them .
  • Add the saffron boiled milk to the chicken and mix it.
  • To this add the crushed garlics and mix.
  • Add chilly and jeera powder, mix well. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl add the batter dry ingredients and mix it well.
  • Add the jeera and turmeric powder and mix well with water.
  • To this add the chicken and marinate for half an hour.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Serve hot with any chutney / sauce.
