Step 1

For preparing delicious spicy duck dry, squeeze the juice of the lime and keep it aside.

Step 2

In a bowl, marinate the duck pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt over night.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute onions with curry leaves till golden brown.

Step 4

Add in cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, cloves powder and cinnamon powder. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step 5

Toss in the marinated duck pieces and fry it on low flame for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Pour required water, close the lid and allow the duck to cook.

Step 7

Open the lid and boil it till it becomes dry. Keep mixing it.

Step 8

Garnish with coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.

Step 9

Delicious spicy duck dry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, bread, etc.
