Step 1

Heat up the skillet.

Step 2

Add the black gram, dal and red chillies.

Step 3

Fry it on a medium flame until it turns golden brown.

Step 4

Add chilly powder, coriander powder and salt and stir continuosly.

Step 5

Add the curry leaves and stir for 1 min.

Step 6

Allow the fried mixture to cool.

Step 7

Grind it into a powder in a food processor or mixie.

Step 8

Add oil to the req amount of powder.

Step 9

:- Serve with Dosas and Idlis.

i did not have curry leaves with me so i guess i missed a very important ingrediant but still it came good.thanks a lot for the recepie
