Cut chicken breast into thin strips.
Take items for marination in a bowl
Mix well without lumps. Then mix with chicken and keep it for atleast 15 minutes
Cut capsicum and savala into thin strips
Deep fry chicken until golden brown and keep aside.
Then heat another pan add 1 tbsp oil then add dry chilly cut into 2 pieces and add cashew nuts. Fry till golden brown .
Then add capsicum and add savala then Ginger garlic paste and sauté well then add chilly paste sauté for 2 minutes then add soy sauce and ketchup then sugar and salt.
Then mix with chicken sauté well till it completely drain the water. Then mix with spring onion.
Now dragon chicken is ready to serve.
