Step 1

Cut drumsticks into 2 inch pieces.

Step 2

Cut onions into small pieces.

Step 3

Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

Step 4

Heat oil in a kadai or pan.

Step 5

Add finely chopped onions and curry leaves fry for 8 mins.

Step 6

Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 3 mins.

Step 7

Add drumstick and fry for 4 mins.

Step 8

Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

Step 9

Pour just enough water to cover the pieces and close the lid.

Step 10

When it is half cooked, add salt and close the lid.

Step 11

When drumsticks are cooked, add the ground onion paste and cook till dry.

Step 12

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 13

:- Serve hot.
