Drumstick Thoran – Kerala Dish

Slit the drumstick and remove the inside flesh part with the spoon and cut in to the small piece.

Grind coconut, green chilli, small onion, curry leaves and turmeric powder with little water.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds after splutter add broken red chilli, curry leaves and small chopped onion.

Stir and add grated coconut.

Now add chopped drumstick flesh and salt.

Stir, cover and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.

Remove into a serving plate serve with rice or chappathi.
