Ingredients

  • For marinade
    Paneer: 1 cup
    Corn flour: 2 tsp
    Pepper powder: 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Enough water to make batter
    Other ingredients
    Capsicum: 1 chopped
    Onion chopped: 1
    Soy sauce: 1 tsp
    Chilli sauce: 1 tsp
    Tomato ketchup: 1 tsp
    Chopped coriander for garnish
    Salt to taste Oil for frying

Make a thick batter of corn flour with salt, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste. The batter consistency should be enough to coat to the paneer smoothly.

Deep fry the paneer cubes, drain in paper towel.

Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic and green chilli, stir for few minutes. Add cubed onion fry till transparent. Then add capsicum Stir in high flame for few seconds. Reduce the flame and add soya sauce,chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and salt and mix well.

Add fried paneer cubes, Mix well, Remove into a serving into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
