Step 1

For preparing dry tomato chicken, grind together garlic, ginger, tomatoes, garam masala, chilly powder, cumin powder, pepper, powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to a fine paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel and fry the chicken pieces on low flame for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the above paste, tomato sauce and salt. Saute well for 10 minutes on low flame.

Step 4

Then add in the fresh cream and capsicum. Mix well and allow it to cook for 10 minutes in low flame. Close the lid.

Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 6

Dry tomato chicken is ready. Serve hot.
