Step 1

For preparing duck potato cutlet, add salt and red chilly to the grated potato. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Cook the duck in salt water and drain it.

Step 3

In a bowl add pepper, mayonnaise, spring onions and cooked duck. Mix well.

Step 4

Make small balls out of the grated potato and make a small hole in it. Fill the hole with the duck filling and roll it again into a ball.

Step 5

Press it slowly and make it in the shape of a cutlet.

Step 6

Dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs.

Step 7

Fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown.

Step 8

Duck potato cutlet is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
