Step 1

For preparing duck tomato dry, mix the garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and chilly powder. Keep this paste aside.

Step 2

Blend the tomatoes into a fine paste and keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.

Step 4

Add onions and fry until the onions turn brown.

Step 5

Toss in the duck and tomato paste. Saute it for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Then add in the above paste and saute it for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step 7

Close the lid and allow the duck to cook. Add water if required.

Step 8

Open the lid and allow it to simmer till the water dries up.

Step 9

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Step 10

Duck tomato dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, parotta, bread etc.
