Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions to golden brown.

Step 2

Grind together the ginger, garlic, chillies, mint & corriander leaves.

Step 3

Marinate the chicken with lemon juice,chilli powder & salt.

Step 4

Mix fried onion,ground paste,all the spices in yogurt.

Step 5

Mix the marinated chicken with the above and add salt as per taste.

Step 6

Add chopped tomatoes and oil with the chicken.

Step 7

Bake in oven @ 350 degree for 30 minutes or cook in Dum for 40-45 min in low flame.

Step 8

:- Dum ka Murg/Murgh is ready
:- Serve hot!!!
