Step 1

For preparing easy aloo paratha, knead wheat flour, water & salt.

Step 2

Make a dough like chappathi. Make balls out of it.

Step 3

Cook the potato in cooker & mash it.

Step 4

Add ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, anardhana powder & salt.

Step 5

Saute jeera in oil. Add potato mixture to it. Mix well.

Step 6

Roll thick chappathi from the dough and apply some ghee on top it.

Step 7

Add 2 tbsp of potato mixture on top of the paratha and roll again.

Step 8

Place another chappathi on top of this filling and press the sides.

Step 9

Cook it in frying pan with ghee.

Step 10

Easy aloo paratha is ready. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
