Step 1

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the frozen vegetables.

Step 2

Add a pinch of salt and cook on medium high for about 15 minutes.

3)Add 3 tablespoons of salsa and mix well.

Step 3

Heat for another 2 minutes and set the vegetables aside.

Step 4

Heat the 10 tortillas in microwave, one at a time, for 5-10 seconds each.

Step 5

Put some vegetables onto each tortilla.

Step 6

Add some shredded cheese, 1 or 2 tbsp sour cream and 1 tbsp salsa

Step 7

Fold the tortilla and enjoy!

Step 8

This usually serves around five people and makes at least 10 fajitas.
