Soak raw rice for 4-5 hours.
Grind it along with dessicated coconut and then cooked rice yeast and sugar.
Keep for fermentation overnight.
After fermentation add of salt and pinch of baking soda.
Heat appa chatti and pour a spoon full of batter and spread it by taking appa chatti in hand and cover with lid.
:- After its done remove and serve hot with egg roast.
this is the most special recipe of my wife....she makes it whenever we have guests bcoz its vey soft and delicious..good work
