For preparing Easy Chicken Chatti Pathiri, take all the ingredients and keep it ready.

Cook chicken with 1 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt and water as required. Shred the chicken pieces. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a skillet and saute onion for 5 minutes.

Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilly and saute for few seconds or until the raw smell goes off.

Add pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Add shredded chicken, combine well and remove from the flame. Keep chicken mixture aside.

Whisk 3 eggs with pepper powder and salt to taste.

Mix all purpose flour with enough water and salt to make a smooth batter. Make medium sized dosas. Cook each dosa for 1 minute.

Dip each dosas in egg mixtute.

Grease the saucepan with ghee or oil and place over low heat. Place the egg dipped dosa in the pan. Spread chicken filling evenly over the dosa. Dip the second dosa in the egg and place over the chicken filling. Repeat the layering for 5 dosas. The top layer should be the dosa.

Pour the remaining egg and add add some chopped coriander leaves on its top. Cook for 20 minutes in low heat.

Cover the pan with a plate and gently turn the pan upside down, so that the layered dosas will fall onto the plate. Now the top part should be placed on the pan. cook covered in low heat for 5 minutes.

Seems like time-consuming to do it just before to sit at the table. Perhaps Dosas and filling can be done ahead and assemble and fried together just before dinner?
