Step 1

For preparing easy chicken pulao, heat ghee in a vessel and roast the raisins and cashews. Remove it and keep it aside.

Step 2

Toss in the onions, cloves and cinnamon. Saute it till it becomes light brown.

Step 3

Then toss in the boneless chicken pieces and sautT it for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 4

Add in the basmati rice and roast it in the ghee on low flame for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Pour 2 cups of boiling water with salt. Allow it to simmer on low flame with the lid, till all the water has been absorbed and done.

Step 6

Remove the rice from the flame and let the rice stand, covered for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Garnish with the roasted cashews, coriander leaves and roasted raisins.

Step 8

Easy chicken pulao is ready. Serve hot with chicken curry.
