Step 1

Boil the chicken sausage.

Step 2

When the sausage gets softer, remove from fire and drain the water.

Step 3

Cut it into small pieces and keep aside.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and fry half of the onions.

Step 5

When the onion becomes soft, add the chopped ginger and garlic.

Step 6

Once that is fried, add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.

Step 7

Fry them till the raw smell goes.

Step 8

Add the cut sausages in the pan and roast it for 5 mins.

Step 9

:- Sausage roast is ready to be served.

Step 10

:- For people who like to eat raw onions, u can add the remaining onions to the pan at the end, mix it gently and remove from fire.
