Step 1

Wash chicken well and cut into medium pieces.

Step 2

Mix together onion, masala powders, ginger paste and garlic paste.

Step 3

Rub the above paste onto the chicken pieces and marinate it atleast for 1 hour.

4)Heat up a pan.

Step 4

Add a cup of water along with salt and tomatoes. Mix well.

Step 5

Allow it to boil on a medium flame.

Step 6

Stir occasionally, cover & cook, till water is absorbed & chicken is done.

Step 7

Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

Step 8

Add curry leaves and saute.

Step 9

Add chicken pieces and gently toss around.

Step 10

Cook, till the pieces turn brown and all the water is dried up.

Step 11

Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Step 12

:- Serve hot.

Step 13

:- You can add more oil, if necessary. Salt can be added along with the masalas too.
