Step 1

For preparing easy crab dry, heat the oil in a vessel over medium heat and saute the onions until it turns golden brown.

Step 2

Add in ginger, garlic, chilly powder, green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes. Saute it for some time.

Step 3

Then add in the crabs and saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 4

Pour required water and allow the crabs to cook on low flame. Cover it and allow it to cook until the crabs are tender.

Step 5

Open the pressure cooker and allow it to boil if there is any water remaining.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves and mix it.

Step 7

Easy crab dry is ready. Serve hot.
