Step 1

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 2

Splutter mustard seeds.

Step 3

Add onions and fry till it becomes light brown in colour. Once onion is fried, add the garlic and saute for few minutes until the raw smell is gone.

Step 4

Add curry leaves and fry.

Step 5

Add salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.

Step 6

Keep the flame low and fry for a while and add curd. Mix well.

Step 7

Cook on low flame for 1 1/2 mins.

Step 8

:- Easy curd curry is ready.

Instead of garlic, pound a medium piece of ginger and add to the tadka

Thanks for the easy curd curry. Jaya, you may add garlic after frying the onions and saute little and continue.
