Step 1

For preparing easy fish fingers, marinate the fish fillets in pepper, salt and lime juice.

Step 2

Take three bowls. Put bread crumbs, corn flour and beaten eggs in each of the bowls.

Step 3

First dip the fish fillets in corn flour, then in eggs and last in bread crumbs. Keep it aside.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fillets till light brown.

Step 5

Easy fish fingers are ready. Serve hot.
