Step 1

For preparing easy green peas gravy, cook soaked green peas in water and salt in a pressure cooker.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel and sautT in the ground onions till it becomes transparent.

Step 3

Add in the ground ginger and garlic.

Step 4

Then add in the ground tomatoes and saute till the oil separates.

Step 5

Sprinkle in salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala and chilly powder.

Step 6

Toss in the cooked green peas and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 7

Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well.

Step 8

Easy green peas gravy is ready. Serve hot with chapati.
