For preparing easy nan, sieve maida and baking powder into a bowl.
In the same bowl mix in salt, sugar, milk, curds, egg and required water to make a smooth dough.
Make equal shaped balls and brush it with butter and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
Roll the balls into thick chapathis and bake it in a tandoor.
Easy nan is ready. Serve hot with chicken curry, vegetable curry, etc.
