Bring one huge pot of water to boil.
Add 2 tbsp of salt to it.
When the water comes back to boil, add the pasta.
Cook until pasta is tender.
When the pasta is nearly cooked, heat up another small pan.
Add the olive oil (ordinary cooking oil is ok).
Add the chopped mushroom (or brocolli or cauli or everything together) and stir for a minute.
Add the garlic and a little while later, the chilli flakes and salt to taste.
Drain the pasta.
Add it to the mushroom mixture and stir in the pan for a minute.
Add the freshly ground pepper.
:- I have to stress the importance of fresh pepper, coz if you don`t have it, the whole recipe is worthless.
Add cheese to it, as much as you need(the more the better).
:- Serve hot.
