Step 1

Cut sausages into small pieces. Keep aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Saute garlic followed by onions and green chillies.

Step 4

Saute till onions turn light brown.

Step 5

Add chilly powder, salt and tomato puree.

Step 6

When oil separates from gravy, add the cut sausages.

Step 7

Pour required amount of water.

Step 8

Cover and cook till sausage is cooked well.

Step 9

:- It turns big and fluffy.

Step 10

Garnish with little finely chopped coriander leaves.

Your recipe helped a first timer like me to cook chicken sausages in indian style and my husband really loved it. but i did add some kasuri methi... it smelled gr8 and it tasted even better.
