For preparing easy tea cake, first beat butter and powdered sugar to a smooth fluffy texture.
Add the egg yolks simultaneously into the butter mixture and beat well.
Meanwhile, sieve maida flour with baking powder and soda.
Stir in maida flour and curd into the butter mix, beating simultaneously.
Beat the egg white until stiff and add into the cake mix.
Mix well and add vanilla essence.
Grease a cake tin and pour the cake mixture. Bake at 190 degrees for 45 minutes until the top turns golden in color.
