Easy Tomato Egg Curry

It is an easy curry we can prepare within 5 minutes.This curry is easy for working women.This curry we can eat with rice,appam,chappathi,puttu etc.

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 Onion
3 Chilly
1 tsp Chilly powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Red chilli
4 Curry leaf
1 tsp Mustard seeds

Instructions

Heat oil, then fry onions,chilies,ginger garlic paste in a pan for a minute.
Add tomatoes and fry for a minute.
Add chilli powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder. saute for a minute.
Add water,salt and boiled eggs boil for a minute.
In another kadai add oil mustard,red chilly and curry leaf saute for a minute and add to tomato egg curry
Now 5 minutes tomato egg curry is ready.
Serve hot with rice ,chapatti,appam and puttu.
