slice boneless piece of chicken in to square shape
mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes
then heat a pan, add oil and slightly fry our chicken
when its almost cooked
take it out and keep in a casserole
heat another pan and pour oil when its hot and add red chilly flakes and stir well
add onion ,ginger and garlic, stir well
add capsicum, sauté it well
add the sauces and mix well
add 1 cup of water
when it boils pour salt as needed and add fried chicken to it
close the pan for 5 minutes and keep in low flame
our yummy dish is ready
take it along with fried rice or chappathi
it was so yummy !! we just love it !
