Step 1

Chop the vegetables in thin slices and keep it aside.

Step 2

In a bowl, add all the sliced vegetables,mayonnaise,salt,lemon juice and pepper.Mix it well without mashing the vegetables.

Step 3

In a heavy coated fry pan pour some oil not more than 2 teaspoon and pan fry the sausage turns into brown.We can infer there will be a slit generates on the sausage once its properly cooked/fried.

Step 4

Later put broccoli to the same fry pan and fry it by using 1 teaspoon of oil.

Step 5

Take the chapati in a plate. Spread the vegetable filling and place two sausages and broccolis over the filling and roll.

Step 6

Repeat the step 5 for the second chapati.Now the Easy chapati sausage roll is read for your craving.

Step 7

We can make this roll whenever you need once keep some chapatis in your refrigerator.

Step 8

If your taste bud is seeking for some sweet add some fruits to the filling other than sweeteners like ketchup and syrup.
