For preparing home made hot sauce:-1)Add some chilly powder in oil.
Add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and some pepper and stir.:- Hot sauce is ready.
For preparing salad:-1)Sprinkle salad with some saltand add 1 tsp olive oil and mix well.
For preparing kebab:-1)Marinate chicken with spices listed: chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic pastes, turmeric and required salt for 5 - 10 minutes.
Fry chicken in oil, until its brown and crisp.
Take the pita and cut side and make a pocket.
Brush the inside of pita with hot sauce.
Fill the pita with salad, chicken, sliced onion and yogurt in layers.
:- Homemade chicken kebab is ready.
:- Doener kebab is very famous ineastern Europe. Actually its an Iranian dish. This is not the exact recipe as I have made an easy version of it. They actually grill chicken with seasoning.
:- You can use chappathi instead of pita and fill in with chicken and all and roll to make a kebab roll.
