clean the rice and then cook the rice using double amount of water and pour some ghee and soya sauce.
put the spices and salt to it
pour the green peas to the rice to cook or you can cook it separately. close the pan and keep in low flame
when its cooked, keep it aside.
heat another pan and put oil in it
when its hot add ginger and garlic. sauté it well.
add green chilly
add tomato and cook well
then add carrot
add pepper powder
stir well and close the pan and wait until it gets cooked well.
add tomato sauce
now add capsicum
then add rice and mix it well.
our fried rice is ready to serve .
serve it along with tomato sauce or salad .
