Step 1

For preparing egg and potato casserole, boil the eggs and potatoes. Slice them and keep it aside.

Step 2

In a greased baking dish, form a layer of egg slices with potatoes and onions.

Step 3

Sprinkle pepper powder, chilly powder and salt.

Step 4

Pour a little whipped cream on top of it.

Step 5

Repeat the layering process till the baking dish is full. Lastly, sprinkle bread crumbs on the top most last layer.

Step 6

Cook in a preheated oven at 150 degrees celsius(300 degrees F) for 20 minutes or till the top layer becomes brown.

Step 7

Remove it from the oven. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and chilly powder.

Step 8

Egg and potato casserole is ready. Serve hot.
