Step 1

For preparing egg kothu porotta, first beat the eggs with chicken/mutton gravy and set aside.

Step 2

Next, heat an iron skillet and pour some oil. Add chopped onions, green chilly, curry leaves and saute for a few minutes until the onion becomes golden brown in color.

Step 3

Stir in chilly powder, pepper powder and mix well.

Step 4

Add chopped tomatoes and keep sautTing until well blended.

Step 5

Clear the middle portion of the skillet and pour the beaten egg. Add required salt and combine well.

Step 6

Stir in shredded porotta pieces and mix well till blended.

Step 7

Egg kothu porotta, a mouth-watering South Indian dish, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
