  • Separate the egg yolk and white.
  • Break the bread into small pieces and soak in required milk.
  • Take a frying pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and saute onions until light brown.
  • Pour the sauted onions into the bread mixture.
  • Add yolk of eggs, cheese, pepper and salt to the bread mixture.
  • Beat the egg white and fold it into the bread mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture. Cover with a lid and cook in a gentle heat.
  • When one side is done, fry the other side too.
  • Egg omelette in italian style is ready and serve hot.
