Mix the onions, tomatoes, green chilly, sweet and sour sauce, pepper and salt and stir well.
Add the beaten eggs to this mixture.
Brush a frying pan with butter and pour the egg mixture fry till dry.
Keep the fried filling aside.
Spread some sandwich cream on to 2 of the bread slices and fill in with the fried filling.
Put the other slice and close the sandwich.
Toast the sandwiches in a toaster and put them in a serving dish.
:- Serve the sandwiches with sliced cucumbers and boiled potatoes.
