Eggs are made into omelettes and a chutney is spread over it

Step 1

For preparing egg roll cutlet, beat eggs, pepper and salt.

Step 2

Grind coconut, green chilly, ginger, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Keep this chutney aside.

Step 3

Mix it with lemon juice and salt.

Step 4

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry half of the egg mixture to make an omelette.

Step 5

Spread half of the ground chutney on the omelet.

Step 6

Roll the filled omelet before it cools.

Step 7

Slice this roll into few pieces.

Step 8

Repeat the process.

Step 9

In a bowl mix in chilly powder, maida, salt and a bit of water.

Step 10

Dip the egg rolls in this paste and then roll it in bread crumbs.

Step 11

Fry it in hot oil.

Step 12

Egg roll cutlet is ready. Serve hot.
