For preparing egg upperi, cut onion, tomato and chilly into small pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add the sliced vegetables, salt and fry till golden brown.
Beat the eggs with salt.
Pour the beated egg into the frying pan when the vegetables attain brownish colour. Stir it well for 3-5 min.
Egg upperi is ready. Serve with chapatti, rice etc.
