Step 1

For preparing eggs in a spicy cream sauce, heat the oil and add in the onions.

Step 2

Stir and fry for about three minutes or until the pieces are brown at the edges.

Step 3

Put in ginger and green chilly. Stir and fry for a minute.

Step 4

Put in the cream, lemon juice, ground cumin, chilly powder, salt, garam masala, tomato paste and chicken stock.

Step 5

Mix thoroughly and allow it to simmer.

Step 6

Put all the egg halves into the sauce in a single layer.

Step 7

Cook over medium heat for about five minutes, spooning the sauce over the eggs. Remove it from the flame.

Step 8

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Step 9

Eggs in a spicy cream sauce is ready. Serve hot.
