Heat a pan add ghee to it and when it melts
Add cashew nut
When its roasted well add raisins and stir it.
When the raisins also roasted well, add coconut
Mix it well and stir until it becomes little brown
Then add sugar to it .
Stir well until the sugar gets melted.
Take a bowl and add egg ,cardamom powder,4 tsp. or more of sugar (as per your taste)
Mix it well
Add the all purpose flour
Add turmeric powder
Add water and make it like dosa batter
Then grind it using a blender
Then take another bowl and filter the batter using a sieve.
Heat a pan and add ghee to it
Add one scoop of batter to the pan and spread it like dosa
Let it cook
Take it out from the pan and keep in a plate. Repeat the same with the remaining batter.
Then take one appam and add the coconut mix to it
Then fold it slowly
And roll it as like meat roll
Serve it ,our elaanchi is ready
