Grind shallots and sweet cumin.
mix ash gourd, chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder and ash gourd together in a
vessel. Add enough water and boil.
Add curry leaves and mix.
Grind the coconut with a pinch of turmeric powder.
Mix the grinded coconut and shallots with the boiling curry once the ash gourd gets
Boil for 3-5 minutes more.
Serve it with rice.
