Beat the eggs with powdered sugar.
In a pan, add together cocoa powder, butter, vanilla essence and water.
Melt the butter, stirring continuously, in lowest flame.
Mix cake flour in beaten egg using a spoon (don’t whisk) and the pour the cocoa - butter mix to this. Combine well.
In a deep oiled pan, pour the batter and cook for 30 - 40 minutes until the nice aroma comes.
Set to cool. And using a wet knife cut from center layer with plain whipping cream.
Layer with plain / cherry whipping creams , cherries and choco chips.
