Ingredients

  • Elephant Yam 1 cup
    red chili powder 1/2 tsp
    turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    maida 1 tsp
    corn flour 1 tsp
    rice flour 2 tsp
    curd 1 tsp
    ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste
    colour powder 1 pinch
    oil to fry

peel the elephant yam, and cut into medium size and wash it

boil the elephant in the pan for 5 minutes with water

in a pan add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, maida, corn flour, rice flour, curd, ginger garlic paste

mix well by adding little water
